With his career going nowhere fast, Richard suddenly finds himself in the middle of an extreme bidding war over his website's unique compression algorithm. Thomas Middleditch, Josh Brener, T.J. Season 1

hange is in the air in Season 4 as the Pied Piper guys pursue their video-chat app, PiperChat, but Richard (Thomas Middleditch) has a hard time letting go of his dream to put his algorithm to better use, leaving the team struggling with how they fit into the picture.
