Shameless Season 1

Based on a long-running British TV series, Shameless revolves around the Gallagher family, a working-class clan from Chicago dealing with the recession. The mother has run off, and the alcoholic father usually ends up passed out on the living room floor, so it falls on their smart but unpredictable 18-year-old daughter, Fiona, to keep her five siblings on the straight and narrow. 

Starring Emmy Award-winner William H. Macy (Wild Hogs, Fargo) as the father, and Golden Globe-nominee Emmy Rossum (The Phantom of the Opera, Mystic River) as Fiona. Also starring two-time Academy Award-nominee Joan Cusack (My Sister's Keeper, Kit Kittredge: An American Girl). Executive produced by Emmy Award-winner John Wells (TV's Southland, TV's ER).
