Smith (The Vampire Diaries) - as it chronicles the story of a young girl, Cassie Blake, who discovers that she is the key which will unlock a centuries-old battle of good versus evil.

After the shocking and unexpected death of her mother, Cassie's world is turned upside-down and she goes to live with her grandmother in Chance Harbour, Washington, where the residents seem to know more about Cassie than she does about herself. When her new friends explain that all of them, including Cassie, are descended from powerful witches, Cassie refuses to believe them - until Adam shows her how to release her incredible magical powers and complete a new generation of the Secret Circle.
