This hard-hitting miniseries chronicles a year in the lives of Fayette Street residents 15-year-old DeAndre McCullogh (Sean Nelson), his mother Fran Boyd (Khandi Alexander) and father Gary McCullogh (T.K. Carter), as well as the addicts and low-level drug dealers trapped in West Baltimore's world of crime and drugs.
