On July 1st, London will collectively ‘Look Up’ as a spectacular first of its kind stunt will see a Superman sculpture hover within the exposed spire of The Shard, 1,000 feet above the UK’s capital city.

To help you get unrivalled, unobstructed views of the 11ft figure, which will face north-east from the Shard’s very highest point, we are positioning ‘Look Up’ brand ambassadors with Superman T-shirts and binoculars they’ll let you borrow if you ask nicely…

“Superman,” DC Studios’ first feature film to hit the big screen, is set to soar into theaters worldwide this summer from Warner Bros. Pictures. 1) BOROUGH MARKET
The best place to get the closest possible view of the Son of Krypton looking down over London, there are several fantastic spots within the ever-busy Borough Market where you can safely view the sculpture with your naked eyes or binoculars and our brand ambassadors can be found this region all morning and over lunch, including…- Fish! Just outside the Cathedral Street fish restaurant.

2) STONEY STREET & SOUTHWARK STREET
The corner of Stoney Street and Southwark Street, right next to Tapas Brandisa and the Southwark Tavern provides a fantastic view, slightly more front-on, with plenty of save large pavement space.
3) MAIDEN LANE
If you want to view Superman away from the hustle and bustle of Borough Market but still with an awesome unobstructed view, we suggest you seek out Maiden Lane.
4) SUMNER STREET
This quiet road that crosses Southwark Bridge Road provides an equally good unobstructed view at a slightly less steep angle than Borough Market. The further east you travel along the road the closer to Superman.
5) SOUTHWARK BRIDGE
The famous Southwark Bridge is a great chance to see Superman top The Shard with the world famous River Thames in the same eyeline, and we’ll have a brand ambassador there with binoculars to ensure you get the best possible view.
